The website database runs PostgreSQL 16.15. The download date above refers to the published database dump.
This download is a PostgreSQL custom-format archive (.pgdump).
Restore it with pg_restore into a PostgreSQL database with the RDKit extension available. See the
PostgreSQL 16 documentation for installation,
configuration and database restore instructions.
DrugCentral database Docker image
is also available on Docker Hub.
Restoring the database dump requires the RDKit PostgreSQL cartridge to be installed on the PostgreSQL server,
including when PostgreSQL runs in Docker. See the
RDKit cartridge documentation and the
cartridge source and installation instructions.
Also available via public instance at drugcentral:unmtid-dbs.net:5433, username="drugman", password="dosage", with responsiveness depending on user load.
